4th workout of my new program…its a nameless, personal program for now. Although it is Meathead in style.
1) Rack Pull - worked up to 365×1
2) BB Split Squat - 135×2x8
3) Good Morning - 185×8
4) PullThrough - 140×12
Pretty straightforward.
